Reservations
Hotel rooms have been put on hold at a discounted rate ($79/room/night) for Conference attendees. Wireless internet access has also been added to these rooms at no extra cost. If you would like to spend more time in Denver, this discounted rate can be applied to the 3 days immediately before and after the Conference dates, if enough room in the hotel is available.

Reservations can be made by calling 303-399-7500 or 800-468-3571. Please be sure to state that you are attending the Annual Region III MAPS Conference at the University of Colorado in order to receive our special rate.

Alternatively, reservations can be made
online. The appropriate Group Code has already been entered. Just add your dates of arrival and departure to begin. If you have any problems securing a room, please call the hotel directly.

Roommates
Guest rooms can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The hotel will need someone’s credit card number to reserve the room, but the final cost can be split between more than one credit card/payment. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests.

If you are coming to the Conference alone, but would like to find a roommate in order to split the hotel cost, we have set up an
online forum for you. Please be aware that the MAPS Conference committee cannot be responsible for any future damages, lost or stolen items, etc. that may result. Please try to communicate via a second method, such as Facebook, to help verify identity. Private messaging is available on the forum.

Guest Rooms
Room amenities include one king bed or two queen beds, shower/tub bathrooms, hair dryer, armchair, clock, desk, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, free wifi, flat-screen TV, and balcony.
